As a service provider, we offer support and maintenance for clients who have a hosting package with us. This ensures that your site continues to run smoothly and effectively online.
Our hosting packages include our time for any queries you may have regarding your sites content, functionality or operating system. If it's a CMS site we've produced for you, we'll provide a one-one training session plus support material so you feel confident updating content to your site any time, any where.
We offer content maintenance contracts too for clients that need regular updates to static websites. In this way, the client provides us with i.e. monthly updates or regular bulletins and we upload the content through our own FTP software when required.
We can also provide reports on traffic to your site including i.e. numbers of hits, numbers of visitors, their duration on your site and from where they have linked.
Our hosting packages and our content maintenance contracts are agreed with each client according to need.
