SOWF (Some Other Way Forward)

We are re-designing the original SOWF website into a new dynamic CMS one, and we are also developing a stronger online presence for SOWF to facilitate improved network participation between young people of Southwark and Lambeth boroughs –14-19 years of age – who desire training and outlets for artistic expression and the constituent organisations of the Cultural Quarter which have the people and resources to meet those needs.

SOWF website will promote and serve as a focal point for all this activity by leveraging all the best online resources and websites, e.g., BeBo, MySpace, Flickr, Vimeo, Digg. It should pull all these resources together to make it as easy as possible for young people to realise their creativity socially and for the Cultural Quarter organisationa to communicate with the younger community.

As a result SOWF website will become the creative hub bringing together leading arts organisations, youth groups and digital online networks, becoming the Virtual Cultural Quarter (VCQ) both locally with key partners and globally as an exciting example of creative partnerships moving forward.
